We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing programs that help us grow the Amazon B2B Payments & Lending (ABPL) business for SMB and Enterprise customers. This marketer will develop product, UX and sales-enablement content and launch marketing programs across digital and traditional marketing channels. You will own content programs from ideation to execution, helping drive customer awareness, product adoption, engagement and customer experience improvement programs that revolutionize how customers interact with Amazon. You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have experience managing and running content marketing programs within a B2B context
- You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and use them to make strategic recommendations that help define our Go to Market priorities
- You are comfortable using input from multiple areas to build a roadmap and deliver content marketing programs that raise the bar on how we position our financial service offerings and communicate with customers
- You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
- You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results
Key job responsibilities
- Own both long term strategic and short-term tactical planning to create impactful content and deliver marketing programs to business customers that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Create programmatic materials that support Go to Market initiatives for marketing, product and sales teams, identifying ways to force multiply the impact across channels, segments and geographies
- Dive deep on the customer journey to identify opportunities to overcome barriers of adopting new payment methods and lead creation of innovative content programs, methodically testing and learning to address opportunities
- Build a framework to measure the impact of content programs and analyze performance, seeking ways to improve performance over time
- Regularly review end to end content, audit owned and partner channels and track performance of programs to manage usage, identify break/fix issues and find growth opportunities.
- Deliver insights to key stakeholders to help shape communication strategies based on customer needs at the segment and vertical level
To be successful in this role, this marketer will exhibit strong organizational skills, ability to translate ideas into action, possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for operational excellence. You will be collaborative, driven and customer-focused with a demonstrated the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is based out of Seattle, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
