We are looking for a high caliber, entrepreneurial Content Marketing Manager to join our Buy with Prime & Multi-Channel Fulfillment Content team on a project with strategic significance and high exposure. This role will drive the customer success stories program for Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment, working with content leads to bring our customers voice to life across channel owners and content like case studies, videos, and quotes. They will also be responsible for overseeing our creative team’s intake and production process-helping to raise the bar on how we work and establishing the right mechanisms to help us scale production and track efficiencies.
This role is a marketer at heart, who thrives when driving marketing strategy and process enhancements. Part success stories program leader and part creative production manager, they must be able to work independently, thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, and be skilled at influencing internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. To be successful, they must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills, and program/project management capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
– Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.
– Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing counterparts to design and deploy programs and customer campaigns that engage and delight our customers, building strong relationships at all levels including executives, while driving bottom-line growth.
– Track, measure, and manage performance of the customer success stories program, establish ongoing program strategy, marketing plan, and ongoing stakeholder alignment of program goals.
– Expand customer success stories pipeline and scale output of stories to accelerate sales cycle, managing intake, nominations, and alignment with sales and marketing on current opportunities (events, prospecting, editorial).
– Assess the creative production process, then raise the bar on this process to help the marketing team scale creative production and drive the right prioritization.
– Mechanize how we support larger creative marketing campaigns and launch projects working with other functions to align on SLAs, remove blockers, and templatize steps.
– Establish efficiency and volume productivity metrics for creative production as a way to drive visibility around the team’s output and support escalation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Available portfolio of success stories and marketing programs.
– Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Communication) or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Creative Program roles in creative agency.
– Experience managing customer reference or success programs.
– Knowledge of visual design and writing process and experience building new production processes in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team including designers, art directors, writers, product managers, and marketers.
– Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools, like Asana.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Strong experience utilizing Asana and other workflow management tools.
– Background in Ecommerce and B2B Marketing.
– Experience with the sales cycle and creating content to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
– Experience leading projects in collaborative, cross-functional org with ability to drive alignment across teams and orgs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
