Help global businesses discover and realize the benefits of selling on Amazon via engaging educational content. The Seller University team is seeking a Content Placement Program Manager to own and drive strategies for expanding program growth while maintaining a high-quality seller experience.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal Amazon teams including a wide range of product and feature owners, content, editorial, and marketing, to develop and execute a multi-year plan to expand education strategically across multiple programs and channels. You will work backwards from customer needs and data to create a clear, prioritized plan to launch and manage the lifecycle of content across multiple channel placements to drive seller business success.
In this role you will have an opportunity to work on a global scale to advise on content and delivery best practices, build channel-specific strategies, establish and report on new metrics, and test and implement new modalities and visibility levers.

• Drive traffic; maintain and develop new initiatives and programs to educate unique audiences
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to create programmatic best practices and support the launch and maintenance of content placements
• Conduct weekly metrics analysis and deliver program reporting to leaders and stakeholders
• Serve as a key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, and monitoring key metrics, Voice of Seller, and learnings to deliver programmatic optimizations
• Review and implement program and process optimization
• Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other regions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
