General Description
Pay for this position is based on a 12 month contract. This position will be located at the WCJC Bay City Campus.

The responsibility of a Continuing Education Instructor is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The Continuing Education Instructor works to ensure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of all students. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Requirements
This position requires an Associate’s Degree with five years of full-time experience in carpentry and construction, and is NCCER instructor certified; or a High School Diploma or GED with seven years of full-time experience as previously listed and able to become NCCER instructor certified within the first 60 days of employment. It is desired that applicant will have two years of experience in adult education or training (which may include on-the-job training) and 60 hours of classroom instructional experience. A criminal background check is required.
