A Continuous Improvement Analyst job in LaGrange, GA is now accepting applications. This is a direct hire position with our key aerospace client. In this role, you will work with Continuous Improvement Lead (CI Lead) to set goals based on customer and business needs.
Responsibilities:
– Equips employees with the tools and knowledge to drive improvement throughout.
– Must be able to manage and interact effectively with diverse groups and personalities.
– Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
– Must have strong written and presentation skills.
– Coordinates mapping of value streams in order to develop improvement targets.
– Directs continual improvement team efforts.
– Facilitates team meetings and kaizen events.
– Supports and positively drives 5S improvements.
– Provides training/education to associates at all levels.
– Consults with suppliers and customers as needed to achieve goals.
– Motivates and mentors” others in continuous improvement culture.
– Inspires a culture of change and improvement.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work/education experience
– 2+ years of related experience
– Aerospace industry experience required
