Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Contract Data Analyst to be responsible for the following:
Development of Contracts Quarterly Metrics
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using Costpoint, Cognos, and other contract data management systems.
- Ensuring and maintaining the data health of the CLM system of record and other data management systems.
Establishing Metrics Dashboard in Unison CLM
- Will require some Business Intelligence (BI) experience.
- Analyzes contracts specific data for metrics and reporting readiness. Includes (but may not be limited to) Weekly active contracts report and Weekly Sector-specific risk report
Unison CLM Support
- Manages Unison CLM Freshdesk ticket statuses & vendor engagement re: tickets
- Supports User and Legal Entity record details in CLM as well as other CLM Admin functions such as reassigning Owning Orgs, reassigning Contracts Administrator POCs, unreleasing contract records and may assist with the production of CLM Analytics based reports.
- Assists contracts and cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, PFAs, Subcontracts, etc.) with functionally related CLM questions by assisting with the contracts ops mailbox management.
- Supports various Contract Ops related projects to include but not limited to test plan initial develop and review for the Sr. Product Manager, conducting testing in the User Acceptance Testing environment in support of new releases, system changes and/or required troubleshooting for users’ claimed system issues.
- Assists with other data cleansing project efforts and other ad-hoc projects as required.
Support Data monitoring and cleansing initiatives to include data calls out to Contracts team members
- Direct data entry and the administration of tasks required to ensure data quality.
- Support cyclical internal and external reporting which may include coordinating stakeholder communication and data actions requests.
Prepare sample populations for internal audit compliance monitoring
- A strong understanding of Contract performance requirements including Contract Award and modification documents.
- Ability to interpret and align Contract Policies and Procedures to CLM system workflows.
Support ad-hoc data calls via our RFI Tracker and/or Executive Leadership requests
- Manage, input, and prepare complex internal management reports from various CLM data systems in a timely manner.
- An understanding of Contract Audit support related to FAR contract requirements and standard regulatory RFI reporting and support.
- Working knowledge of the Incurred Cost Proposal and related CACWS to assist Contract Closeout Operations with forecasting closeout revenue related efforts and reporting.
- Other Special Projects as assigned
Advance MS Excel skills desired include:
- Ability to utilize Excel to process, prepare, extract, and transform contractual data to produce graphs and tables.
- Use spreadsheets efficiently to perform complex calculations and automation to process large volumes of contract data requiring cleansing and normalization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Risk, or Supply Chain). Additional work experience may be used in substitution of degree.
- Minimum 5 year of GovCon experience in Contract, Finance or General Accounting.
- Prior experience administrating a contract management system of record or Costpoint.
- Ability & desire to interface with multiple business partners regularly, positively, & effectively.
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
- Requires advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel; some working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 – $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
