Contract Recruiter

A letter from Brian Gray, CEO of CleanFleet and Glostone

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us build out our teams of customer relations experts. It’s an ideal role for someone who is excited to hit the ground running and source dedicated and ambitious professionals to join our organization.

We believe our talented team members are crucial to our mission of safeguarding the roads for everyone. To live out this mission, we must invite detail oriented, growth-minded, service-centric individuals who will help ensure our clients compliance with the Department of Transportation regulations. We need a people-centric recruiter to help us do that.

As a Contract Recruiter, you will lead the hiring process for 3 key positions and a total of 11 seats in our customer relations and administration roles. You will understand the persona and background of our ideal team member and source right fit candidates. You will lead all of the recruitment and hiring phases from start to finish with support from hiring managers across the organization.

Our industry is recession-resilient; our organization continues to grow (10-15% organically) year-over-year. Our executive and HR teams will be key partners in your day-to-day work: helping you drive recruitment and hiring efforts and encouraging collaboration throughout the organization.

You will thrive in this role if you want to be instrumental in scaling a business. As you consider this position, these questions will be helpful:

  • Do you understand the importance of hiring for culture fit?
  • Are you energized by helping individuals find their right fit role?
  • Are you skilled at getting to the root of a candidate’s motivations and qualifications?
  • Do you adjust your approach or strategy, based on feedback from candidates and hiring managers?

If you answered “yes” to all these questions, we’d love to learn more about you. Let’s see if CleanFleet and Glostone fits your near-term goals.

Sincerely,

Brian Gray, CEO, CleanFleet & Glostone
