An Addison Group client is looking for a Contracts and Salesforce Expert to join their team in their Center City office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews legal and transactional documents, including Listing Agreements, Leases, Agreements of Sale, NDAs, Commission Agreements, etc.
- Run CRM reports for expiring agencies and communicate with brokers on status
- Ensure updated information on opportunities and transactions are entered into the CRM system
- Draft renewals and/or applicable termination letters
- Maintains contact with brokers and salespeople to coordinate contract compliance and tracking of current transactions for our Pipeline
- Maintains transactional, licensing, and corporate files (electronically)
- Completes corporate filings and maintains the corporate minute books
- Assist the COO/General Counsel in the management of ongoing litigation matters
- Performs administrative and other related duties for the COO/General Counsel, including but not limited to:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and meeting management and scheduling
- Fielding all inquiries from ownership, executives and brokers to General Counsel and providing responses in a timely manner
- Completing travel arrangements, including air and rail reservations, hotel reservations, car rental, etc. May initiate travel plans, including flight check-in.
- Shipping of documents and materials, using various international, national and local companies, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and local couriers
- Assisting in preparation of presentation materials, including slide decks and supporting documents
- Building and maintaining relationships with direct manager, peers, other Binswanger managers and external partners to provide support and assistance as needed
- Performs related work and additional duties as requested by the COO/General Counsel or other senior leaders
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of legal or contract experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Experience in Salesforce or CRMs required
