Control & Reporting, Sr. Supervisor

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing the payment execution and compliance of Local Retail and Foodservice contractual commitments.

Duties and Accountabilities include:

  • Review all AP payments above $100k ($20k adjustments) in CAS & SAP TPM – review for correct setup and backup
  • Verify if any Risk/Opp and seek alignment from sales/finance if needed
  • Ensure payments are meeting contract terms if possible, maintain proper cash flow if possible
  • Review all deductions above $100k in CAS – review for correct setup and backup
  • Handle open GL reclasses for funding (Week 4)
  • Ensure correct setup of National B&C contracts to minimize risk/opp to our balance sheet.
  • High level review/approve billings from L6 to ensure billings are in line with accruals
  • Work with KPMG and BPC team to ensure passing quarterly audit, ensure all backup/support is saved out each period and run reporting needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $90,000 -$110,000 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications

Specific Skills and/or Previous Experience Required:

  • 4 Year College Degree ? Major in Accounting (preferred)
  • 5-8 years of business experience
  • Supervisory / Team Lead experience (2-3 yrs. preferred)
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of general accounting and accrual transactions
  • Strong Communication Skills (work with various functions and levels)
  • Strong Process Building and Organizational Skills
  • Strong Presentation skills and rollout of new processes
  • Software Packages Needed:
  • Strong Excel, Power Point and Word Skills
  • Access Database skills
  • SAP
