Location- Las Vegas, NV Remote, USA
Experience: 10-12 years
Job Description:
- Help business and operation to understand Art of Possible and relevant capabilities as applicable to them.
- Work with business owners to identify and build requirements so that we can develop the best product possible.
- Functional Contact Centre design
- Consults with clients to fully understand the goals of the IVR systems.
- Conducting internal system tests, measuring the system’s ability to quickly and accurately manage different scenarios of varying complexity.
- Create user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Detailing business requirements, creating user stories, UI/UX design flows and NLP logic that enables customer interaction within the IVR.
- Skills:
- Strong experience of Conversation IVR design flows, Optimize call flow design.
- Experience in JIRA tool, MS Visio
Experience Requirement:
- Strong experience of Conversation IVR design flows, Optimize call flow design, and general workflows.
- Experience in JIRA tool, Scheduling, MS Visio

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
