Description
As a Residential Manager/Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained.
The Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $1000 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 3/31/23 and are successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 – First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $300 – 3 months of employment and all training complete, $500 – 6 months of employment. *Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
- Provide habilitation & documentation
- Follow health & safety protocols
- Engage and coach Direct Support Professionals
- Manage & oversee 2 residential homes
What You Will Need:
- 1 Year experience in field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle to transport during shift
- Pass all background checks
- Full range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

Requirements
At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends.
Desired qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in a related field and two-years’ experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one-year of supervisory experience.
