Your role in our mission
• Respond to basic client/member questions and/or forwards inquires to appropriate personnel.
• Research client/member inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Process requests and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.
• Perform data entry, assist with MSCAN/MSCHIP processing, and other inquires.
What we’re looking for
• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role.
• Prior office or clerical experience.
• Experience working in healthcare, health insurance, Medicaid, managed care/coordinated care, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic understanding of utilizing a PC with Windows and Microsoft Office Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone skills.

The pay range for this position is $30,500 – $43,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
