Summary
The Financial and Membership Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with coordinating all memberships and related information including entering new membership information and payment, processing and running reports on current memberships and handling membership cancelations, renewals and/or changes. This position performs cashiering responsibilities on a daily basis to include ordering, receiving, disbursing and reconciling cash for all transactions.
Essential Functions

  1. Complete and reconcile daily sales report.
  2. Post daily and monthly sales in inventory system.
  3. Prepare all month end and year-end reports for sales, departmental charges and monthly inventory totals.
  4. Process invoices and keep up-to-date records on all Juice Bar/Front Desk Inventory.
  5. Assist in purchase orders and requisitions for Juice Bar/Front Desk as needed.
  6. Set up all new membership accounts and maintain current accounts.
  7. Assist in processing membership payments and handling membership accounts.
  8. Complete billing, payments, and fiscal year end balancing for memberships and juice bar/front desk.
  9. Provide assistance as needed at the front desk during busy times.
  10. Train all new customer service representatives on cash register duties and membership paperwork.
  11. Perform related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities.

  1. CPR certified or willing to be certified in CPR within two weeks of hire.
  2. 1 year of experience working in customer service or cashiering; OR 3 years of related experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with others.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
  2. Experience supervising customer service or retail environment.
  3. Experience managing membership/client payment processes.
