Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount’s Corporate Marketing team seeks a Coordinator to work as an integral member of the Content and Platforms team. They will work across all deliverables, which include external and internal communications, from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate possesses an inquisitive mind and is passionate about telling compelling stories-and is a big fan of Paramount’s popular content!
This is a one-year temp role. Work M-F/10a-6p. The team is hybrid, working Tuesdays & Wednesdays in-office and the other days remote.
Paramount’s Corporate Marketing function is a creative and tactical trade and internal marketing organization with audiences that include advertisers, marketers, distributors, content partners, investors, and current and prospective employees. The Content and Platforms team is responsible for creating content (long-form, video, GIF, social assets) that lives on Paramount.com, across Paramount’s corporate social handles, as well as a company-wide internal newsletter. The content supports Paramount’s multiplatform company strategy and narrative priorities. We work closely with Corporate Communications and internal stakeholders in Paramount Advertising, the Office of Global Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, U.S. Networks Distribution, as well as Paramount’s brands-CBS, SHOWTIME, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount+, Pluto TV and Simon & Schuster. The role reports to the Director of Content.
- Work closely with the Director of Content and the Sr. Manager of Social to develop multi-platform content and support content creation.
- Maintain Paramount’s website, entering and publishing content via a CMS, and publishing content to Paramount’s intranet.
- Build and publish a weekly newsletter via a CRM platform.
- Source and catalog digital assets from stakeholders and partners across the company into a DAM.
- Assist in organic and paid social posting and analytics collection.
- Support team with research for content series, campaigns, and special projects.
- Offer administrative support, including coordinating meeting schedules, calendars and photo and video shoots, scheduling interviews, consolidating meeting feedback, and freelance-related payment process.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years’ relatable experience in project management, digital marketing, and/or digital content.
- Strong understanding of Outlook and a CMS (e.g. Drupal or WordPress).
- Confident writer with a basic understanding of accurate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with Sprinklr, Airtable and Google Analytics is a big plus.
- Ability to excel in a demanding and fast-paced environment requiring proactive and positive thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Effectively communicate with professionals at all levels.
- Capable of coordinating numerous projects simultaneously and troubleshooting production issues with diplomacy and professionalism.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
