Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing a superlative candidate experience and serve as a main point of contact throughout the entire interview process
- Scheduling a high volume of phone, video and in-person interviews across various departments
- Managing job descriptions for consistency for open positions and posting the roles to our internal/external career sites as well as niche job boards
- Assisting in the background check process
- Leading the new hire process – preparing offer letters and sending out new hire packages to candidates, completing and submitting new hire paperwork to the appropriate departments and scheduling the hire for orientation
- Managing SuccessFactors, our applicant tracking system
- Updating Encore, our executive search database
- Coordinating internal meetings, interviews, and travel logistics for candidates
- Supporting the recruiting team in ad-hoc projects
- Tracking recruiting activities, providing candidate status in an Excel weekly report and occasionally crafting presentations in Powerpoint
- Seeing opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Partnering with hiring manager to ensure a smooth new hire experience
Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in providing administrative support ideally but not exclusively in a recruiting or HR environment (including internship experience)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and exhibit integrity and cool under pressure
- Skill set to handle multiple tasks, prioritize projects and make decisions daily
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Superlative attention-to-detail and organization
- Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a positive and can-do personality and work style
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Sense of humor and love of pop culture and entertainment are major plusses

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 – 25.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
