Dentsu Creative has an amazing opportunity for a Copywriter, Social to join our team. You’ll write social first content for our fast food burger chain client’s always on social channel. You are Tik-Tok obsessed, witty, and tapped into culture. You’ll join a team of creatives, and work with an art director. You’ll report to a Creative Director. You will be fully remote.

Job Description

  • Write social first copy/reactive social content for our client’s always on social
  • Experienced writing scripts for TikTok creators
  • Expresses ideas; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
  • Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
  • Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
  • Creatively supports the use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
  • Drives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
  • Identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
  • Executes creative concepts together with Art Director at the direction of the creative director
  • A natural instinct and unbridled love for writing, and the ability to build powerful stories through words.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, copywriting, journalism or related field
  • Translate outstanding thoughts and ideas into compelling words
  • Be creative and imaginative
  • Work well with art director partner
  • Technical knowledge of digital and social media platforms, metrics and tracking

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000/year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
