You will be client focused and be willing to be flexible to create the optimum customer experience, including occasional travel and/or working at client locations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- System and technical design for new and existing applications.
- Document and communicate the technical design. Be the technical owner and guru of the architectural solution.
- Hands-on development
- Design integration with 3rd party vendors and clients.
- Estimation of development packages and support in project planning.
- Discover, research, and design integration strategies for new products and capabilities.
- Assume accountability and responsibility for solution and technical designs.
- Effectively communicate architectural designs to customers and other team members.
- Liaise with customers face-to-face, deliver client presentations, and run technical design workshops.
- Mentoring and building junior and mid-level technical staff.
- Build best practices with regards to technical design.
Qualifications and Education Requirments:
- Master’s degree or equivalent education in computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of Coremedia CMS implementations
- Possess knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, and ansible
- Experience with webservice components with ready-to-use, up-to-date technologies
- Object oriented design methods
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Abilitty to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently (Self-Driven, focused and analytic)
- Strong team orientation, with resilience and commitment
- Possess excellent writing and documentation skills, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience of working with remote teams, and onsite with customers
- Must be driven, pragmatic, and focused on project delivery.
- Experience working within a distributed team.
- Familiar with enterprise business practices
- Ability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
