Position Summary

Xpansiv’s newly formed Project Management Office (PMO) is focused on the successful management and delivery of projects and programs across the enterprise. We are currently hiring for a Corporate Project Manager to join our growing global team in New York to manage and deliver cross-functional projects across multiple regions. The Project Manager will drive the process end-to-end from defining objectives, scope and roles to managing delivery of the project through to successful achievement of outcomes. This role is key to supporting the ongoing operational success of the company.

Essential Functions

    • Manage and successfully deliver multiple cross-functional programs of work at any one time which align to business objectives and/or are identified as corporate priorities
    • Create a clear framework for each project, including defining the objectives, scope, priorities, roles and governance
    • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation, both internal and third party
    • Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key milestones, interdependencies, work streams, activities and responsibilities
    • Manage successful execution of the project, adjusting for any change in scope, schedule or budget
    • Operate as the key liaison between internal stakeholders (and external when required), managing expectations and mobilizing core teams
    • Identify and solve for complex, cross-functional operational issues which may arise in each project
    • Track progress and provide timely reporting and communication on risks, issues and key dependencies to SteerCo, PMO team and/or key stakeholders
    • Complete project evaluation and debrief in an effort to continually evolve and improve PMO best practices and frameworks

Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the corporate environment
    • Ability to manage and deliver multiple large complex programs of work at one time
    • Experience working with cross-functional departments and regions
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
    • Detail oriented, highly organized, and productive, especially under high pressure, time-sensitive scenarios
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Demonstrated experience in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), and experience with other project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet)

$100,000 – $120,000 a year
