About the role:
As the Real Estate Lead for TQL, you will work alongside our Director of Real Estate to lead company-wide real estate strategy and execution. You will have responsibility for our 56 offices across the country, including lease management, site selection, vendor negotiations, facilities maintenance, and security. You will be expected to be a servant leader, physically participating in facility, and building maintenance as well as strategy design and delivery. Historically, we promote our managers internally, but our rapid growth has created opportunities for leaders to join the TQL family.

What you’ll be doing:
- Participate in office site recommendations and selections
- You will have responsibility for our 56 offices across the country
- Lead negotiations and execute leases with commercial real estate brokers, landlords and our attorneys
- Manage office buildouts, including the delivery and installation of office and IT equipment, and executing employee moves
- Coordinate with our in-house Purchasing team for vendor selections, negotiations and contracts administration
- Oversee building design processes and the execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain and improve best-in-class office facilities
- Help lead security initiatives including continuous reviews and improvement to policies and systems
- Work with IT on current and future infrastructure needs
- Assist in the company’s long-term real estate strategy
What you need:
- 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extensive experience in building and property maintenance
- Strong lease and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with rapid change
- On call, receiving calls from landlords, vendors and team members 24/7/365
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate solutions to all levels of an organization
