Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm’s liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm’s foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

You will:
> Assist in funding planning, execution and forecast across the Firm’s funding channels
> Assist in the design and day-to-day implementation of debt issuance, related hedging strategies and funding pricing
> Assist in running analytics to help manage the interest rate risk profile across legal entity and segment
> Forecast the investment portfolio holdings as part of the Bank’s CCAR/Quarterly Stress Test processe
> Participate in what-if anlaysis and attribution of result
> Manage and execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making proce
> Prepare and analyze data for various Firm governance committee
> Analyze new products and market opportunities to add diversification to the firm’s unsecured funding stack
> Provide a vision and direction to the tech development team and stakeholders to deliver software solutions used to manage unsecured funding
> Participate in the ongoing process improvements and optimization efforts across Treasury
> Research, analyze and recommend solutions around data issues and perform necessary steps to resolve
> Build close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, the Business Units, Operations and Technology
> Assist with program management, reporting and ad hoc governance or regulatory requests
> Maintain the team’s risks and controls and associated documentation (e.g., policies & procedures)
> Create effective presentations for senior management forums & regulators
> Work and collaborate with others in analytical environment

Qualifications:
You have:
> Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
> Diversity of thought
> Worked with challenging stakeholders and/ or deadlines to deliver positive results
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to your audience
> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

> Worked in a high-paced environment and use multi-tasking to your advantage

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70000 and $105000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
