TikTok Shop Creative Team produces visual design and UX design that improves TikTok Shop user experience for campaigns, social, etc. The design team is comprised of world-class visual designers, 3D experts, motion designers and UX designers. We have a passion for, and deep knowledge of TikTok as a platform, and are full of ideas that will help propel the product into the future.

Responsibilities:
– Concept development: Strong conceptual thinker. Understanding the e-commerce operation needs and goals. Brainstorm with operation and marketing strategists to bring core narratives to concept
– Art direction: Harness best-in-class production practices, stay up to date on graphics and design trends, resources and innovation to push boundaries and enhance TikTok Shop’s creative product
– Campaign Key visual excution: Visualize the core concept, develop the key visual and the related visual assets, using Figma, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator and more, contribute visual guidelines
– Maintain design assets system: Contribute and maintain TikTok Shop Visual Identity guidelines 4B and 4C
– Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
– Understand product specifications and user psychology
– Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
– Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. Find creative ways to solve UX problems
– Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
– Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Qualifications

Qualifications:
– B2C visual and interaction design experiences in tech companies, e-comm campaign design experiences is a plus
– 3-6 years experience visual design or art direction and UX Design;
– 3D and motion design skills are bonus
– Capable of working across a suite of creative software from Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Final Cut Pro, 3D Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Da Vinci etc & industry tools like Figma, Axure, ProtoPie
– A portfolio of best-in-class creativity that connects brands with audiences digitally and beyond
– An understanding of TikTok Shop and what is trending on the platform
– Detail oriented. Ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload
– Experience working on a tight production schedule and translating ideas into action
– A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them
– Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
– Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner
– Good time management skills and creative situational awareness ability. Experience in project management
