TITLE: Project Implementation Specialist
The Project Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and implementing CHDC projects and designated department projects according to the identified specifications, deadlines, and budgets. The Project Implementation Specialist drives the operationalization and execution of all assigned projects and follows the established project management methodology to define project charter and objectives, create schedules, and oversight throughout the entire project. In addition, the Project Implementation Specialist will supervise the Data Application and Support Analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or information Science-related field required.
- A minimum of three years of related experience required; Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred. Management experience a plus.
- Attendance required at assigned CHDC site(s)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Works closely with all departments as needed to implement each project assigned.
- Provides direct supervision of Data Application and Support Analyst
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.
- Recruit and train employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department.
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
SALARY: $55,000 – $58,000/year
