We are seeking an ambitious designer to support our Creative Director with OCF Realty’s marketing, design, and social media initiatives. Candidates should have strong copywriting and graphic design skills and keep their finger on the pulse of industry trends. This role is ideal for a collaborative individual who is energized by creating original content, writing engaging copy, and developing and executing social media strategies. Lastly, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and communities and is knowledgeable about its current events and happenings. Please note this is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
This position offers a salary of $45,000 – $50,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
Essential Functions:
- Assist Creative Director by gathering and producing branded marketing materials as directed, such as updating digital and print sales collateral and coordinating weekly email campaigns to send to our email list.
- Write compelling copy to attract and increase brand engagement.
- Take concepts and create visual representations, using various software programs to develop graphic designs that meet project and business goals.
- Assist with developing social media strategies and identifying opportunities to influence public perception.
- Take photographs to be used in print and digital marketing as directed.
- Support sales team by designing, updating agent marketing materials, and coordinating and tracking vendor orders.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Director of Sales to curate original content to highlight the OCF brand
- Support Creative Director to ensure all department deadlines are met.

Requirements
- Outgoing personality who is excited to assist with OCF’s brand development
- Strong Graphic design skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.
- Strong creative mindset and passion for writing engaging copy
- Proven work experience in social media, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Social Media Savvy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Photography & Editing Skills, video skills a plus
- Work experience as a Creative Assistant or Marketing Assistant is a plus
- MailChimp, WordPress experience a plus
