Creative Coordinator, Partnership Mktg

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team as needed with the creative development and execution of theatrical promotional campaigns, with a special emphasis on supporting the Creative Team.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Provide project management & administrative support to the Creative Team
  • Track all incoming creative projects, monitor their status, build timelines for approaching deadlines, and clearly communicate updates to the department
  • Balance requests from numerous teams (asset requests, creative reviews, executive requests, etc.)
  • Facilitate AV conference room setup for meetings, and problem solve potential tech issues
  • Manage team calendars to coordinate meetings and handle meeting invites
  • Proofread sales materials as needed
  • Take notes and manage agendas for meetings
  • Open and submit purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
  • General department needs as related to all other responsibilities
  • Provide creative support to the Creative Team
  • Manage creative assets (submitting requests, organizing assets, watermarking, distribution, etc.)
  • Create, update, and distribute sales materials & presentations
  • Export Keynote presentations to PowerPoint and adjust accordingly to resolve format discrepancies
  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for co-branded campaigns (i.e. brainstorm, copywriting, key visuals, thought starters, mood boards, 360 campaign mock-ups, etc.)
  • Ideate on pitch strategy and create materials for key meetings and trade shows (i.e. custom presentations, signage, invitations, etc.)
  • Research brands to identify the creative alignment of potential partners with films
  • Assist with creation of campaign elements for partner activations (i.e. packaging, AV, retail displays, key visuals, etc.)
  • Present creative concepts internally and externally as needed
  • Review co-branded creative for adherence to brand standards and best practices
  • Gather industry research and clearly communicate key findings
  • Collaborate with external vendors to develop and produce marketing materials as needed

Basic qualifications:

  • Proficiency with MAC & Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Quicktime Pro
  • Experience with Creative Software
  • Presentation design (ideally Keynote since it’s our most-utilized software, can be learned on the job if experience is limited to PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
  • Experience with project management & communication tools (Asana, Slack, Box)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 58,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
