Supports public relations and external communication efforts.
Job Responsibility
- Supports the Marketing team by collecting various news media and thought leadership resources.
- May write news releases, advisories, and other communications in support of media outreach efforts. May arrange print and broadcast news interviews for organization and hospital physicians and other staff. May conduct interviews and writes stories for organization and hospital digital properties, newsletters, and magazines.
- Coordinates photo assignments for digital properties, newsletters and media outreach.
- Works with Marketing team and external vendors to collect and maintain a library of news coverage for the health system and clinicians.
- Develops weekly digital newsletter, highlighting the media coverage and additional Public Relations content.
- Works with multimedia team to assist with video development, podcast planning and creation and dissemination.
- Coordinates data analytics for weekly newsletter and other content.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
