Your Superpowers in Action

  • Work across creative disciples to assign work and establish work back schedules
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver requested content
  • Follow up on submissions with licensors
  • Facilitate in bridging the marketing and creative aspects of production
  • Provide advice on production, budget and timing implications as ideas are developed

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • Education: BS or BA Degree and/or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing multiple creative projects (digital, web, design, print)
  • Project Management Skills: Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Must possess a proven ability to multi-task various projects in a fast-paced environment with maximum efficiency
  • Must be comfortable taking direction, then completing tasks independently and under own initiative by assigned deadline
  • Computer skills: Strong MS Office including excel spreadsheets, and experience with Powerpoint presentations
  • Must be comfortable with databases, creating and implementing tracking systems and reports, and training licensees as needed
  • Challenging the Expected: Approaches challenges with curiosity and creativity, embracing the possibility of failure as an opportunity to learn something new, develop innovative ideas, solve complex problems and identify unique opportunities
  • Must understand the intricacies of concepting, development and production of print, digital, video and paid media assets (broadcast, banners, social assets, etc.)
  • Possess full understanding of creative development and production to be able to advise, in the moment, on various courses of action – always advocating for the best creative outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and best practices requirements
  • Must have extensive experience managing creative timelines

Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,600 – $92,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
