Credit Card Sales Specialist
- Ability to earn $40,000 – $80,000/year
- Part-time and full-time positions available (30-40 hours per week)
- $500 sign on bonus (paid after working 90 days)
- UNCAPPED commission with an added $15/hr pay rate – you will be making commission every single day multiple times a day!

What you will do?
- Actively approach customers to inquire about credit card solutions inside one of America’s largest grocers (this will be an in-store/on-site position)
- Start conversations with customers inside the store to provide a stellar customer service experience with everyone you encounter. Each customer will benefit from an educational conversation with you – building a strong brand loyalty!
- Work with a tablet to complete customer credit card applications.
- Grow the business by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to sales, operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety.
- Work independently with a focus on maximizing sales and creating a stellar in store experience for the customer.
- Partner with leadership and peers to share best practices, increase the customer experience, and take your sales to the next level.

What you will have?
- A positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- A car and must be open to drive at least 20 miles away from home.
- An independent self-starter mentality that can quickly build relationships with new people
- Solid sales or retail experience (an asset, but not required)
- Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps a day comfortably
- Full-time flexible availability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
