Job Details
As a Crisis Intervention Specialist your primary job duty is to provide immediate response to requests for assistance from Inpatient staff for clients in a crisis or high-stress situation. In order to maintain a restorative and safe culture, this person is responsible for assessing client behavior, documenting their behavior, crisis intervention, STP orders, qualify debriefing and making decisions in the best interest of our clients. The Crisis Intervention Specialist will provide leadership to the Inpatient Department, offer direction and provide assistance while ensuring quality care of our Inpatient clients.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- At least one (1) year of previous related experience.
Required Special Qualifications
- Current Iowa license. LBSW, LMSW, LISW
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the Agency’s driving requirements.
