Position Description:
CGI is looking for an experienced CRM developer with strong hands-on experience in development on MS Dynamics. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Developer’s role is to participate in the planning, design, development and implementation activities related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Hands-On Knowledge on AWS is also required.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Understand the business process and facilitate Architects and Analysts in discovery and requirement gathering phase.
• Work with the Architects, Business Analysts to design and implement new solutions as appropriate.
• Write code for plugins and workflows in C#.
• Write code for client-side scripting using JavaScript framework.
• Build PowerApps Portal UI and back-end functionality as per the requirement.
• Build Web APIs using .Net framework for integration.
• Developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda AWS Lambda.
• Deploy solution from lower environment to higher environment and embrace DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and Identify root cause for issues and take necessary actions to resolve them permanently.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Work effectively on geographically diverse teams.
• Build trust and works collaboratively with all levels of the stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5-8 years of cumulative experience implementing Dynamics CRM
• 5+ years of software development in C#, .NET framework, AWS Lambda, Web API, JavaScript, SQL.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment including application architecture, customizations, plug-ins, workflows (OOB and custom), and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing microservices using .Net framework that can be utilized to allow bi-directional integration using RESTful interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP.
• Experience in building PowerApps (Model-driven & Canvas) and using Power Automate to integrate.
• Ability to think at a high level about the overall systems and goals of the projects.
• Experience with deployments to development, staging and production environments dictated by through a formal change management process.
• Agile development and scrum team experience.
• Self-starter, strong work ethic, and the ability to independently drive initiatives through to completion.
Experience in Telecommunication is a plus
