About The Role:
The CRM team at TTG is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement in our North America markets. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of technical expertise, has a strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, and stays up to date on CRM trends and best practices.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and implementing the customer insights strategy through email marketing, SMS marketing, mobile app messaging, and other channels. You will work closely with many teams within the global team of TTG, including: merchandising, creative, product, and analytics.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled email marketer who is excited to apply their knowledge in a company where the CRM function is being built out at a pivotal time as we approach our 10 year mark. Please note: this is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area and must be willing to work in our midtown office a couple times per week per our hybrid model.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns across all North American brands
- Drive mobile app messaging and engagement, including push notifications and in-app messaging
- Manage email and SMS marketing calendars, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, and transactional emails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, creative, product, and analytics, to develop effective campaigns and messaging
- Work closely with the analytics team to analyze campaign performance and develop recommendations for improvement
- Code HTML and ensure that all email campaigns are mobile responsive
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and email marketing
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing
- Strong HTML coding skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
- The ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, product, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A passion for live events a plus!
$100,000 – $130,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
