Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs, including:
• Identifying and prioritizing customer requirements
• Developing solution roadmaps and timelines
• Designing and documenting solution architectures
• Lead the architecture and design of D365 CE solutions, including integrations with other systems, such as:
• ERP systems
• e-commerce systems
• Marketing automation systems
• Work with developers and other technical team members to implement solutions, including:
• Providing technical guidance and support
• Reviewing code and designs
• Testing and deploying solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on all aspects of D365 CE, including:
• Configuration and customization
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Best practices and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest D365 CE features and technologies, and identify opportunities to improve solutions for customers
• In addition to the responsibilities listed above, a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect may also be involved in the following:
• Conducting business process analysis and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing change management plans
• Managing and supporting D365 CE environments
• Working with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that the D365 CE solution is meeting the needs of the entire organization
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Education

Minimum/PreferredEducationDescription

Minimum4 Year / Bachelors DegreeIn Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3Years experience as a D365 CE Solution Architect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of the D365 CE platform, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Insights
• Experience with system integration and data migration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred items:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other cloud-based technologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with DevOps practices

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
