As part of the CS team, you will have an opportunity to work on cool, dynamic projects, making an impact from day one. No prior customer service experience is required as our team has developed an industry renowned training program, ensuring all Customer Service Representatives are given an equal opportunity to progress. You’ll need to bring a ton of enthusiasm and stamina – you’ll be dealing with people on a day to day so patience and the ability to chat to everyone & anyone are highly desirable.
CSR Key responsibilities:
- As a CSR you’ll be expected travel to and work on our promotional events along with a more experienced team leader
- You will be attracting customers’ attention, meeting and greeting them at the event
- You will be explaining the benefits of the product, demonstrating where necessary and ultimately aiming at gaining the person as a customer
- You should expect some questions and objections – all a normal part of convincing the customer
- You will be providing point of sale support by taking customer info and recording their data
To do that, you’ll need to bring the following:
- A passion for great customer service
- Chatty, bubbly personality
- Professional outlook and communication skills
- You must have the right to work in the USA without a sponsorship
- You must be able to commute to and from the events ( the role is on site role)
