Our Operations Customer Care Team is THE after-sale point of contact for customers and runs through the finish line for the customer and the company’s benefit. The Project Completion Coordinator is part of that Team with the specific focus of understanding what closing out and collecting requires and making sure we receive the monies we’ve earned. A successful person in this role will relate well to customers, be a polite, persuasive, and professionally persistent finisher who is fearless on the phone and determined to get the job done. This person will strongly encourage customers, with clear communication, as to how best to work with us to get to a beneficial completion while delivering a Signature Service Experience at every step. The Project Completion Coordinator works closely with our Post-Install Lead in manage jobs’ status. This person will also work with our other Care Coordinators, Production staff, Specialty and Measure Technicians, Warehouse associates, and Sales Team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Responsible for closing jobs and collecting funds while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Research job completion steps and keep organized accurate notes for all to see.
- Many phone interactions daily.
- Advises Customer Care Team Leads when outstanding issues arise during customer interactions and may play a role in communicating the next steps to the customer.
- Provides timely communication with customers and ensures any questions or concerns the customer are addressed and resolved.
- Provides excellent internal communication, and accurate closed job and collection data and updates, across the CC, Production, Specialty, Operations, Measure Tech, Warehouse, and Sales Teams.
- Escalates concerns/questions to the Customer Experience Manager, Production Supervisor, Director of Production, or Director of Production as needed.
- Helps manage the closing of jobs, along with collections, and is meticulous in their attention to detail and documentation of information.
- Performance to be evaluated via individualized metrics, such as revenue collected, number of jobs closed and customer experience.
- Grows in competency by seeking coaching, feedback, and training.
- Provides backup and support to other members of the Operations team as needed
- Other duties as assigned and required
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
- High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years working in a customer service position
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deescalate and solve customer concerns
- Accurate data entry/documentation
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
- Expertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional team player with a high level of interpersonal skills
- Great work ethic, and a passion for growth and success
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt well to a changing environment
- Hands-on, do-what-it-takes approach to get the job done
