Under direct supervision, the Customer Engagement Marketing Intern will assist with planning and execution of ongoing marketing efforts for Society and Customer Engagement.
What You’ll Work On
• Provide administrative support for the development and production of new marketing materials.
• Assist with strategy for targeted initiatives through society engagement, local, regional, and national conferences.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for execution of company objectives and creation of new materials.
• Proactively prioritize, identify, assess, and critically summarize data across media platforms.
• Synthesize, assess, and communicate potential impact of key findings to internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
What You Contribute
• High school diploma with 2+ years of college.
• Coursework in biology, neuroscience, business, or a related discipline.
• 1+ year of business, administrative, or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other standard office tools required
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Some exposure to digital marketing.
Working Conditions
General office environments. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Base Pay Range Per Hour: $20.52 – $26.08 / hour
Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location and shift, and will increase over time based on meeting performance and business needs.
