Job Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Sling Customer Experience team, you will help shape the future of streaming entertainment by developing a solid understanding of the customer journey and what we can do to improve it.
In this role, you will be responsible for the stability of the app and streaming experiences. You will understand customer pain points, prioritize them, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Responsibilities
- Be the ultimate advocate for the customer experience; have an intimate understanding of the customer journey, triage any open issues/defects, and influence product prioritization.
- Monitor various datasets for evidence of streaming/application defects.
- Gain a thorough understanding of those issues and their impact. Clearly communicate your analysis to relevant stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and across the business.
- Create ad-hoc reports as requested in a timely and accurate manner. Assist other members and managers with various tasks and items as needed.
- Be the subject matter expert on the customer experience within the Sling app.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Minimum required skills/experience:
- College degree and 1-year work experience, or 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with influencing a variety of people who serve in different functions/roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to visualize data and tell a story – comfortable using Microsoft Excel to clean and draw insights from data.
- Comfortable presenting to a wide-ranging audience
- Basic SQL knowledge – or the desire to learn SQL
- Sprinklr experience is a plus
Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year – $82,000.00/Year
