What you can expect as a Customer Experience Manager:
You will be the liaison between our organization and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with our customers to ensure their success, satisfaction, and loyalty to our brand.
In this role, you will:
- Onboard and train new customers, ensuring that they can utilize our offerings effectively and gain value swiftly
- Conduct presentations, demos, webinars, and lead one-on-one training sessions
- Foster excellent relationships with customers to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the customer advocate, collaborating with various teams and Product Development to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction, and synthesize client insights to help shape the product roadmap
- Serve as the main contact point for any customer issues or conflicts, and work towards an amicable resolution
- Monitor and evaluate customer usage data and other critical metrics to gauge customer satisfaction, predict potential churn, and seek opportunities for expansion
- Pinpoint opportunities for documenting and sharing success stories, case studies, or testimonials
- Travel occasionally, as needed
Do you have the experience to join our team?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a legal background with an emphasis on intellectual property
- Proven experience in developing, marketing, managing, or selling Patent related Software and/or Services
- Solid understanding of intellectual property concepts, particularly pertaining to the Patent domain
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with key partners
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

In compliance with CA Pay Transparency, the RPX base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 with a target budgeted salary of $85,000 to $155,000 depending on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits and perks, including group health coverage, company HSA contribution, 401(k) matching, medical disability and family leave benefits, fitness reimbursement, community service days, charitable donation matching, and more, as well as the option to work remotely or from our beautiful San Francisco office.
