We’re seeking a Customer Experience Marketing Consultant with a customer-centric mindset to create a unified experience by increasing value and efficiency across various customer touchpoints and interactions. Working in an Agile framework, this person will play a pivotal role by partnering closely across marketing and Business Technology Solutions (BTS), which includes operations, technology, digital and sales to transform our experiences for financial professionals and end clients across Lincoln’s annuity and life solutions businesses.
What you’ll be doing
• Maintains knowledge on current and emerging industry trends and new customer relationship management technologies and has the ability to assess the impact and collaborates with management to incorporate into operating model.
• Identifies and recommends ways to improve interactions and points of contact and takes proactive steps to improve offering adoption and optimize experiences across online and office channels, devices, and touchpoints.
• Champions and enhances customer experience through marketing initiatives and develops and executes campaigns that drive awareness and adoption programs, functionalities, and capabilities.
• Collaborates with BTS stakeholders and marketing to gain insight, and to elicit, define and transform tools, platforms and programs based on the needs of target audience to drive business objectives and goals.
• Monitors gaps in customer experiences and seeks opportunities to integrate the voice-of-the-customer during the critical path and milestones of design and execution.
• Consults/analyzes and performs tests to evaluate customer feedback to implement improvements and maintain continuous positive experiences.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge of internal project management and database systems.
• Submits resources to compliance, ensuring final and ongoing approval, making changes as necessary.
• Operates within an agile framework and leverages “test and learn” approaches to continuously innovate and improve customer experiences.
• Executes a marketing program designed to increase online registrations and digital adoption of e-capabilities and business tools
• Educates and engages with existing customers to promote and increase adoption of digital tools to enhance their relationship and affinity with Lincoln Financial.
• Reviews and analyzes results and data from marketing campaigns to review and optimize initiatives and strategies.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
• 4 year/bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing or in a customer experience role with similar responsibilities for this position is required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker who is self-motivated and results driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possesses strong and continuous attention to detail.
Nice to haves:
• Major in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• An understanding of the needs of financial professionals, including knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels is preferred.

Pay Range: $65,700 – $118,300
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
