This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site in the Jersey City Office: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This role provides a great opportunity to learn all about our Guaranteed Products (GP) business, our Stable Value Investment Wrap (SVI) business, and our Stable Value Investment Only (SVIO) business. In this role, you will work closely with the Relationship Managers, Product Managers as well as the Underwriting/Contracts teams, to provide top tier service to our clients
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process trades for Guaranteed Products and Stable Value Investments Group adhering to audited operational procedures
- Work within established departmental procedures to resolve trading issues such as “not in good order” situations
- Provide up to date information for stable value clients including pricing, accrued/credited interest calculations, account balances, audit inquiries and information for tax filings
- Establish and maintain high quality internal and external customer relationships – assessing and responding to their needs effectively
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Stable Value client operational procedures as well as company, industry and regulatory policies and be able to communicate with clients regarding these matters.
- Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of multiple applications, products and services
- Maintain files in accordance with company business policies
- Help identify process improvements, based on understanding of area functions, and work to implement solutions in order to build efficiencies and increase productivity
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer financial services environment
- Background and knowledge of Group Annuity Contracts and/or Stable Value Contracts and terminology. Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills required to effectively manage a varied workload
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”) helpful
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Training & Development:
Client Service Representatives undergo training to learn about the products, contract provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
