This position is responsible to drive the Customer Engagement function and Demand Planning Practices/Performance for Hill’s globally, working directly with the Countries and Divisions implementing tools, processes and practices to support business growth and service while balancing the optimal inventory to support the business.
You will:
- Drive good connection between countries customer/demand planning teams with SD&S Teams to drive synchronization of the demand and supply for growth and best service with appropriate inventory
- Work with divisions/countries to develop capabilities of the teams on the ground including onboard processes for demand planning and customer engagement
- Define, prioritize & lead all aspects of the of projects related to Demand Planning and customer engagement
- Drive the business simplification & segmentation strategies for Hill’s Globally
- Work with the Systems and Analytic teams to drive improvements in the tools for planning in the countries
- Connect with Global teams to align standard methodologies, tools and subject areas related to customer planning
- Support the mid-year and budget review process
- Run supply crisis leading prioritization definition with SD&S teams
- Drive planning field for SKU launches, discontinuations & transitions
- Define mid & long term strategy for the planning process and customer engagement processes
- Lead Community of Practice for Customer Planning Team among the Hill’s Division
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administratoin, Supply Chain or any related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Customer Engagement, CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) or Demand Planning
- Business sense
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Experience in CPG companies
- Experience in e-commerce
Salary Range $112,000 – $164,850 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
