Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join a Educational Company that offers college-level courses located in Chantilly, VA . The Customer Relationship Manager will provide inbound phone-based customer service.
Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Manager include:
• Resolve complaints, process orders and various administrative projects needed in the operation of the Contact Center
• Manage multiple computer applications, technology tools and effectively navigate Windows and Microsoft Office
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on company’s products and policies to provide expert service to customers
Qualifications for the Customer Relationship Manager include:
• Phone-based customer service experience, internal tracking systems/CRM
• High School Diploma
Compensation for the Customer Relationship Manager include:
• Salary Range: $15/hr
