Customer Service Admin

OGS Industries is seeking a Customer Service Admin for a fast-paced manufacturing environment that demands high attention to detail, quality and independent working skills. Duties will include the day-to-day tasks required to support the Customer Service Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist Customer Service Representatives with order entry and customer past due communication
  • Support the creation and entry of new/existing customers and orders
  • Scan and file customer orders into OGS network
  • Work with other departments to ensure documentation is completed accurately
  • Perform tasks in OGS database to maintain/update customer information
  • Maintain low volume customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior related office experience preferred

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position. Current working hours are Monday – Thursday 7am – 5pm and Friday 7am – 11am

Flexible working hours and part-time availability can be a consideration
