What are our expectations?
A Customer Service Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels is a highly client facing role that ensures After Sales Service is handled efficiently and assists clients and Sales Team with solving client issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with clients are needed to excel in the role and meet the clients’ expectations.
The Customer Service Associate role is responsible for product registration for repairs and maintenance, obtaining updates from service facilities and factories and assisting sales associates with client communications. The role ensures that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct and consulting with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues. The role provides to support to Sales Associates and to the Back-Office team as needed and assists in maintaining the store’s appearance.
Qualifications for this role include: a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 2 years in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role. A Customer Service Associate is required to have strong computer skills and SAP knowledge is preferred. Prior experience is luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to interface with clients in delicate situations. The role also requires proactive problem solving with the ability to multitask and the ability to effectively work independently and as a part of a small team. At this time, we are not sponsoring work visas. Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment is the USA.
