Customer Service Manager – License Offices Bureau (LOB)

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This position is located in the License Offices Bureau in the Motor Vehicle and Driver Licensing Division. This position will supervise four members of the Contract Compliance team, assist with the evaluation and awarding of Request for Proposal(s) (RFP), and contract compliance procedures for License Offices. Provide assistance to all License Offices across the state of Missouri.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
- Provide guidance for contract compliance procedures.
- Communicate effectively with License Office contractors and staff.
- Review and approve/deny License Office closure requests.
- Maintain Intranet/Internet postings from license offices.
- Provide guidance for staff addressing constituent concerns regarding license offices.
- Recommend compliance program actions for contract issues to management.
- Supervise four contract compliance program staff members.
- Prepare reports and documents for management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.
- Proficient computer and analytical skills.
- 1-3 years or related experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team building experience.
