At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are seeking a part-time Package Investigations Specialist, a position that is vital to our company’s success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and by applying the problem-solving skills developed during our paid training. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Available hours: Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. Wednesday & Friday availability and a minimum of 15 hours of availability per week is required.
Compensation: $15.00 / hour
Next available start date: Monday, September 11
Training: You would be required to attend three weeks of Customer Care training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday. Additionally, there would be a week of in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service regarding questions or concerns around delivery-related issues and providing reasonable resolutions, keeping the company’s best interest in mind
- Speaking with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues or concerns as needed
- Efficiently entering customer information and call notes into the order management system
- Accurately completing appropriate follow up actions for order and service resolution
- Sending customer notifications and follow up emails regarding delivery investigations
- Assisting with contact center phone call volume as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to be polite and professional while speaking to customers
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
