We are seeking a motivated, professional, and courteous Customer Service Representative/Scheduler

Location : North Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $16-18/hour
Hours : On Site
M-F, 8am-5pm

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 + years of experience with Customer Service
- MS Excel Experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Scheduling Experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Run and monitor systemic reports to identify new orders needing delivery appointments shipping to the Customer(s) or location(s) of responsibility.
• Utilize phone calls, emails, or Customer tools to obtain delivery appointments.
• Keep updated logs and reporting for orders having and needing appointments.
• Communicate any necessary information and appointment specifics to the carriers assigned to the shipments and customers receiving the shipments.
• Coordinate with other offices and technicians on any adjustments needed.
