Description
- Receive inbound customer calls
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and
- information on products or services, receive orders, and efficiently resolve problems.
- Prepares and processes restock/sales orders.
- Complete purchase orders and/or case sheets and submit for billing.
- Proactively communicates with customers regarding restock and order issues.
- Maintain information regarding extra product orders.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative knowledge, forwards to the Team Lead or Customer Relations Manager
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries,
- complaints, or comments.
- Scanning, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Assist with updating internal logs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred (will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 3 years minimum professional customer relations experience (inside sales or client account management)
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- General office practices and office machine operations
- Computer skills (MS word, Excel)
Salary Description
$18-$20/Hr. DOE
