Responsibilities:
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
- Producing design specifications for new or modified Systems.
- Coordinating and establishing functional specifications with programmers.
- Ensures deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. Validates results by testing programs.
- Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports; Ability to research and analyze data effectively
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
The salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,000.

Position Summary

- Liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems.
- Producing design specifications for new or modified Systems.
- Coordinating and establishing functional specifications with programmers.
- Backend Data analysis in Microsoft SQL environment including Stored Procs.
- Ensures deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Validates results by testing programs.
- Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
- Provides reference by writing documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Bachelor’s Degree
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Science/ Information Technology
Requires 3-5 years of experience working with Relevant Systems and performing Business Analysis as well as conducting database testing in Microsoft SQL Environments

- ETL development experience using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Multidimensional database development experience using tools such as SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
