Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Cyber Technical Operator who can work with an agile, fast paced team working to build mission critical web sites to support our customer’s needs in Virginia. Successful candidate in this position will have the opportunity to work on highly visible projects that directly make an impact to the Nations mission and to advance U.S. national security interests, such as disrupting cyber threats.
The candidate will be a part of a multi-faceted team of computer operators, SMEs, system experts with a joint task of developing web-based systems that improve efficiency, usability, automation and standardization for our customer in Virginia. As a part of a department focusing on Cyber Operations, the candidate will utilize interpersonal skills and ability to understand user requirements will enable them to deliver innovative solutions to the design and build of the new web applications. Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, and work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science – from an accredited college or university – with 10-12 years of relevant professional experience -OR- High School Diploma and 14+ years of relevant professional work experience (within the sponsor’s organization or other relevant Intel Community organization) in lieu of degree.
- Current TS/SCI with required Polygraph and the ability to maintain clearance
- Development experience relative to the design, development, deployment, administration and troubleshooting to enterprise software systems that utilize but are not limited to: Python, SQL, ETL, Javascript / HTML
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface with a variety of customers and design and develop tools to meet requirements
- Ability to understand user requirements and develop those requirements into solutions
- Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, and work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Experience with accreditation and testing a plus

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
