This position will provide Cloud platform cybersecurity operations support for all Global Business Units (GBUs) in North America and assist in developing and documenting security controls for IT/OT systems and applications that reside in those platforms.

What you’ll do:
- Define and develop North American Cloud Security Program
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations of identified non-compliant resources for presentation to asset owners and leadership
- Prepare, and keep updated the technical and business processes required to maintain compliance with company, platform, and regional standards for secure operations, such as, the North America Azure and AWS platforms
- Implement and optimize ENGIE information security tools (Prisma, Tenable, and Crowdstrike)
- Assist in evaluation, selection, design and configuration of any new security systems that ENGIE may implement
- Analyze audit logs and compliance reports to determine any events that are ‘material’ in ENGIE NA environment
- Investigate security breaches, suspicious implementation of cloud resources, and environment changes
- Perform continuous monitoring of configuration and security events
- Architect and support required technical changes to meet compliance policy
- Participate in processes including exceptions validation and access management
- Analyze vulnerability scanning outputs, assess findings, and develop remediation tasks in cooperation with the appropriate operational subject matter experts
- Provide Azure and AWS subject matter expertise to North America IT Support staff
- Perform security configuration testing as needed
- Experience in cloud network, host, data and application security
- Possess knowledge of cyber security fundamentals
- Develop security documentation
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills with ability to translate between the business and technical lingo
- Experience with global projects including deliverables in multiple countries and working with international teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks as appropriate
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, documentation and organizational skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully in a team environment
- Carries out other duties as assigned
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (with an IT or Business focus) or equivalent experience
- Three (3)+ years of progressive security operations experience in an IT environment
- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

- Salary Range: $61,455 – $156,650 USD, annually
- Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
- In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
