We are Hiring! We are looking to add a Cyber Security Program Manager to the team of high performing individual. This position is a Hybrid telework/ Flexible for occasional telework. The qualified candidate must be local to work location, Metro DC area.
What you will do:
- Providing meeting and executive level briefing support (preparation of agendas, briefings, meeting minutes, action items, etc.)
- Drafting executive level correspondence
- Supporting organizational change management activities
- Preparing strategic level documentation to include roadmaps, data call responses to leadership, customers, or other Federal entities.
- Providing expertise on a range of information technology issues to include application design and development activities at the presentation, application, and database tiers.
- Meeting with functional and technical leaders to identify and scope business opportunities and identify risks and constraints to develop short-, mid- and long-term IT strategic roadmaps aligned to the enterprise strategy.
- Developing strategic guidance and framework to ensure that the organization has the right operational audit and controls in place for strengthening application operations and maintenance.
- Preparing alternatives analysis and feasibility studies
- Conducting research and offering recommendations on an ad-hoc basis
- Leading and supporting various ad-hoc data calls related to program activities and performance.
- Developing and refining overall program and project management processes
- Coordinating with program managers and directors to provide strategic materials for executive management and other stakeholders.
- Provide a range of program and project management support functions in line with industry best practices for the organization’s initiatives.
- Create, draft, and update documents and templates in support of applicable cybersecurity laws and regulations.
- Provide support for the reporting of security related metrics for data calls, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for supported systems, and Cybersecurity Awareness Program & Training.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience. Additionla years of expereince maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
- 10+ years’ experience of Project/Program Management
- Previous Federal or DoD experience in a Top-Secret environment
- Must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with the following areas: Security, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Security Management, Program Management, Security Operations, Physical Security, Information Security Management
- Must possess strong communication skills to collaborate affectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to work as a member of a team or independently as requested.
- Must be available to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation security clearance
- Current/active Top-Secret (TS) Clearance
- Must be able to obtain an SCI
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience working in a federal environment.
- A recognized security industry certification such as a CISSP, CISA, CISM and CEH

Target Salary Range
$135,000 – $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
